About
Vera means true.
That is not a tagline we reverse-engineered. It is a surname, and it turned out to describe the one thing this product has to get right: an assistant speaking for your business must not make things up.
Why this exists
Philippine businesses lose customers to unanswered messages. Not to bad service — to volume, at hours when nobody is staffing an inbox. The enquiry arrives at 11pm, gets read at 9am, and by then the person has already messaged three competitors.
The obvious fix is a chatbot, and most businesses here have already tried one and quietly switched it off. They fail for a consistent reason: a decision tree only handles the paths someone thought to build, so real customers phrasing real questions fall straight through to a dead end that is worse than silence.
The thing we will not do
An assistant that invents a price, a policy or an appointment does more damage than no assistant at all, because the customer acts on it. So the rule against inventing facts is enforced in the platform’s code rather than in each client’s settings — it is composed into every assistant, and tested against a completely empty configuration to prove it survives.
A client can add facts and change the tone. No client can switch that rule off. It is the only thing on the platform that is not configurable, and it is deliberate.
How we work
One codebase serves every client. Onboarding means filling in your content, your questions, your branches and your calendar — never forking the software. It keeps setup to days instead of months, and it means a fix found for one business ships to all of them.
We are small, we are early, and we would rather tell you that than have you discover it. What we can show you is working software: the assistant on this page is the real product, not a scripted demo, and everything we say about answer-engine work is implemented on this site where you can inspect it.
