Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the data we hold about you at any time. There is no form to fill in and no account to create.

How to request deletion

Email hello@vera-automate.com with the subject line “Data deletion”, and tell us:

• Which business you were messaging.
• Which channel you used — website, Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp.
• The name, email or mobile number you gave, if you gave one.

What happens next

• We confirm receipt within 2 business days.
• We delete the conversation and any contact details we hold within 30 days, and confirm when it is done.
• Where the business you contacted holds its own copy, we pass your request on to them and tell you who they are.

Automatic deletion

You do not have to ask. Conversations are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Facebook and Instagram

If you messaged a business through Facebook or Instagram, you can also remove the conversation from your side in the Messenger or Instagram app. That removes it from your inbox; email us using the steps above to remove it from ours as well.
