Who we are
Vera Automation builds and operates AI assistants and automation for businesses in the Philippines and elsewhere.
Using the assistant on this site
The assistant on this website is automated. It answers from our own published material. It can be wrong or incomplete — if something matters, confirm it with us by email before relying on it.
Service plans
Plans, inclusions and prices are described on our pricing page. Setup fees are one-off and quoted before work begins. Usage beyond a plan’s included volume is charged at the rates in your agreement. Third-party messaging costs — WhatsApp template fees, Viber minimums — are passed through at cost and quoted separately.
Custom work
Custom websites and custom automations are scoped and quoted per project, on terms agreed in writing before work starts.
What we do not promise
- We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings or sales.
- We depend on third-party platforms — Meta, Anthropic, Google, Cloudflare. If one of them changes its rules or has an outage, the service can be affected.
- An AI assistant can make mistakes. We build guardrails and human handoff for exactly this reason, and we recommend using them.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you give us. You grant us permission to use it to operate your assistant. We will not use it as a public reference or case study without your written agreement.
Ending the agreement
Either side may end a subscription at the end of its term with 30 days’ written notice. On termination we export your conversation data to you on request and then delete it.
